Sylinda team from SOLARIS has recently participated in 13th Life ScienceOpen Space conference, organized by the LifeScience Cluster. The event, which has taken place between 30.11.2023 and 01.12.2023 and attracted over 300 participants, was co – organized by the SANO Centre for Computational Personalized Medicine, recently established within the framework of Horizon 2020 Teaming for Excellence project, and the Kraków Technological Park.
The conference featured several thematic sessions, as well as various workshops, a startup competition and a hackathon. In addition to participating in the exhibition, SOLARIS Industry Liaison Officer, Piotr Ciochoń, has discussed the potential of synchrotron radiation and cryo – electron microscopy in drug discovery, and the role of the Sylinda project in fostering collaboration between industry and large research infrastructures.
The event was a great forum for fruitful discussions and establishing new collaborations and partnerships.
